The Robot World
I exhibit here something that I have never exhibited.
In fact, I haven´t shown it to anybody either, except my friends.
It is the first time I have presented all my life
development of robots and other objects of mine.
In the photos you can see robots since 1970.
It is the oldest photo I could find.
There are several photos up to present.
What functions do the robots have?
It depends.
When I do a robot for a customer,
the customer tells me what functions the robot should have.
Then I do robots for my pleasure, or for experiments.
At this moment, I am working on robotic music group.
Every robot will play on its own instrument.
I would like to have two real musicians there.
I would like to create a kind of show.
Another nookie of my life.
There are some instruments.
On which base are they made?
Yes, of course.
I don´t deal only with creation of robots, but
also with creation of sound and musical instruments.
Today, especially, I´ve taken two teremins.
What is a teremin? The teremin is the first electronical instrument.
It was invented by Leonid Teremin, a Russian. It is a precursor of all electronical instruments.
It is played without touching it.
It is played thanks to two anthenas.
On one you play pitch.
On the other one, you can play volume.
In fact, they are three oscilators.
One for the volume and two...
What was the impulse for this exhibition?
For Goodness Sake.
The answer is easy.
I am one of the oldest ones here.
Because it is an art centre here, where young artists create their works.
It was my duty to exhibit here.
And join so the young artist generation.
I wanted to exhibit some of my works.
