In the exhibition, “Women & Girl,” artists use different media to discuss various issues.  Without having to answer any critics or having any burdens of expectations, these female artists use their own style and uniqueness to form their direction.  In this group of artists, one can see the dynamism and progress of contemporary female artists.

The exhibition Digital Media in The House of Arts, Bratislava presents two schools outside the capital city,in Banská bystrica and Košice. The student works presented here are part of a larger project
which is the Vafex audio-video festival organized by Michal Murin.

What´s contemporary young art like? There is no single exhaustive answer to this question, just as there is no way of lodging within the historic medieval grounds of The Golden Bell the output of an entire generation of artists.

Serbian art produced in the period from 1991 up to present days bears a ballast of years full of crisis, destruction, intolerance and wars.

Necessity for new kind of approach and perception, interpretation and presentation of all things that are behind us imposes upon us like imperative, especially today when our society and state slowly become a part of European integration process.
