Daniela Baráčková
Daniela Baráčková (1981) je umělkyní mnoha forem a témat – akce, instalace a obrazy dávají tvar příběhům a symbolickým gestům, jejichž překvapivě věcná metaforika je otevřená množství možných výkladů. O instalacích cyklů obrazů to platí zvlášť (Chtěla jsem namalovat, jak se 40 Židů modlí před odletem, 2007; Bojím se hradní stráže, 2009 aj.). Autorka ve své vyhraněné pozici sleduje vztahy a souvislosti, které jsou v jejím přirozeném rádiu nebo samovolně přicházejí do jejího života, a propojuje je se všeobecně zažitými symboly. Její akce a instalace jsou často kontextuální, osobitě navazují na autorce důvěrně známá, konkrétní prostředí (Černá Hora, 2009; Na ulici 74, 2010 aj.). Výraznou linii představují videa a videoinstalace vycházející z mezilidských vztahů, komunikace a aktuálních životních situací (Country Man, 2006; Být, bydlit, obyvatel, byt, 2009 „Docela mi trvalo…“ 2009 aj.). I v projektech, kde autorka s osobitou a poněkud ironickou agitovaností a někdy až teatrálním fyzickým nasazením uchopuje společenská témata, vzniká záměrné napětí mezi způsobem narace, dotažeností formy a mnohoznačnými obsahy, kontrastuje všeobecně známé s nečekaným úhlem pohledu. Její záběr jde od sociální interakce, přes politizující vystoupení inscenovaná ve veřejném prostoru, až po zprostředkování vlastních zážitků (Kouzlo garáž, 2008; Jednou jedna bříza, 2009 aj.)
