XY Zelina
XYZ je tvorivá ´enkláva´ Milana Tittela (1966) a Mateja Gavulu (1972). Autori vedú vzájomný dialóg od roku 1997.
Spája ich práca s matériou, ktorej vyjadrenie v posledných rokoch, popri rozvíjaní performatívneho prejavu, transformujú do podoby fotografie či videa. Vo všednosti rozpoznávajú nevšedné, ktoré abstrahujú a bez zbytočných nánosov, v čistej forme ponúkajú / posúvajú ďalej. Na výstave xy zelina odprezentujú Matej Gavula a Milan Tittel tri nové kolaboratívne projekty xyzifos (2012), Re passage (2012) a Exkurz (2012), zaznamenávajúce performatívne akty v urbánnom priestore (s participujúcim Miroslavom Csöllem). Prizvaným umelcom na výstave xy zelina je Roman Ondák (1966). Vystavené diela reagujú na momenty premiestňovania sa, zmeny kontextu / vnímania, prenikania, re-lokácie, posunu času, čakania…

- 00:01:47.159
- even though they were very heavy,00:01:50.160
- 00:01:50.160
- and how they transported them into a gallery space.00:01:55.001
- 00:01:55.001
- It also shows the attitude of Slovak urban architecture policy.00:01:59.128
- 00:01:59.128
- I´d like to say a few words about the other two projections,00:02:08.881
- 00:02:08.881
- they are also connected to the history of the city.00:02:12.487
- 00:02:12.487
- The artwork "Exkurz" was initiated by Tittel.00:02:17.727

- 00:02:53.003
- at every place they meet, they toast,00:02:56.710
- 00:02:56.710
- there is a kind of nostalgy00:02:59.178
- 00:02:59.178

- 00:03:01.305
- For instance, the Jewish cemetery wall, old swimming pool at the lower castle...00:03:06.846
- 00:03:06.846
- It may be perceived as criticism00:03:21.111
- 00:03:21.111
- whether it is necessary to treat urban architecture like this.00:03:24.269
- 00:03:24.269
- The last artwork is titled Re passage.00:03:33.702
- 00:03:33.702

- They went by bike, but backward.00:03:42.827
- 00:03:42.827
- The final effect was created afterwards, during the postproduction.00:03:48.912

- 00:03:55.605
- There is also the connection of Bratislava and Belgrade.00:04:03.899
- 00:04:03.899
- When I was mentioning the history of the embankment,00:04:09.968
- 00:04:09.968
- it originated from a quotation said by Henrieta Moravčíková,00:04:14.978
- 00:04:14.978
- "I will never forget the moment when a Czech architect, Ladislav Lábus,00:04:21.540
- 00:04:21.540
- defined clearly the object of a walk after his lecture at the Faculty,00:04:25.662
- 00:04:25.662
- "Let´s go to the Danube, there´s another world,00:04:32.055
- 00:04:32.055
- it smells of Belgrade."00:04:33.741
- 00:04:33.741
- Other two artworks that were exposed here were by Roman Ondák.00:04:36.168
- 00:04:36.168
- The older one from 2008 is called "Butterfly".00:04:42.445
- 00:04:42.445
- The other one is called "Good feelings in good times."00:04:45.473
- 00:04:45.473
- The exposed version consisted of sketches, cut out of Slovak newspapers.00:04:52.757
- 00:04:52.757
- That is all that I could say about this exhibition.00:05:00.549
