DOX NANO
Nanotechnologie, nanosystémy a nanostruktury jako zdroj poznání nové reality, jako nástroj a ideová koncepce v dílech osmnácti umělců.
Uskupení TESLA zde 5. června 2009 zahajuje cyklus výstav projektu NANOSKOP, zaměřených na umělecké vizualizace dimenze nano = 10-9 m.
Projekt představuje spolupráci umělců s vědeckými týmy a pracovišti v oblasti nových materiálových technologií a zároveň mapuje české umělce zabývající se novou vizuální uměleckou disciplínou nanoARTEM a koncepty nano. Nanotechnologie jsou pro umělce příležitostí, jak jiným způsobem formulovat staré otázky po smyslu lidské existence a zároveň si položit nové otázky reflektující odlišné chování hmoty na rozměrové škále miliardtiny metru. Jsou však především jazykem pro soudobou vizuální komunikaci.
Umělecká díla inspirovaná nanostrukturami a nanosystémy upozorňují na právě probíhající vědecké konference o nanotechnologiích v České republice. NanoSKOP představuje specifický umělecko edukativní přesah těchto konferencí.
