The architecture of fiction presents an interdisciplinary curatorial selection of artists whose work can be labeled as a fictive architecture. The one which doesn’t attempt to be real and avoids the reality as a limiting factor. It is an outcome of an architectonic thinking as an independent creative approach. The exhibition will show a survival module of six possible ends of the world of the architect Tomáš Kozelský. The scenographer Jan Štěpánek will present an installation leading to a specific artefact, coming from an experience with a narrative element of a theatre performance. The pioneer of videoart Woody Vasulka invites us to take a look into his archive. Another exhibiting artist is a post-pop sculptor Tomáš Motal. The last one is the conceptual artist Katarina Hladeková documenting and theming through her models subjective experiences or places of her memories.
