Flo Kasearu (b. 1985) is an artist based in Tallinn. She studied painting (2004–2008) and photography (2008–2011) at the Estonian Academy of Arts. In 2006-2007 she was an exchange student at Universität der Künste Berlin at the Rebecca Horn’s studio, where she started working within the field of video art and performance. And in 2009/2010 she was doing her exchange program in Istanbul.

She is interested in a variety of subjects from researching public and private space and the analysis of national values and crowd behavior to playing with questions of freedom and economic depression. Art is for her a means to move deeper into complexities of the structures the society is settled on to find out the ways for myself to live happily with all the paradoxes it holds.Her works have been exhibited widely inside and outside of Estonia. Her works have been seen or exhibited in exhibitions inside and outside of Estonia. She won the Köler Prize in 2012.
