The exhibition presents the selection of documentary photographic cycle The Changes of Slovakia in Stredoslovesnká galéria, same as the selection of its subcycles The Present Day Romantism, 1150th Anniversary of Cyril and Metod on the Territory of Great Moravia and From Tatras to Danube.
The cycles depict the character of the country and the way of life of people following the timeproven author ́s cooperation. The attractiveness and integrity of the documentary is provided by natural and partly differentiated author ́s preferences completing one Boris Németh tends to depicting the events with direct human involvement and Ján Viazanička prefers visual interventions, which people create in the country or on the street and leave it there. Their common photographic perspective brings bizarre, amusing but mainly true record of visual and cultural identity of present day.
