Adam Vačkář uses city streets and his body as a canvas on which he illustrates the passing of time and the brutal reality.Vačkář’s works are set in reality from which he often departs in search of its possibilities. A street in a European city (News Dispersed), a road at the end of the world in the southernmost tip of South America (Towards the End), his own body (Slap) are the stimuli and points of understanding of what Vačkář makes out of these certain situations.
