Authorial teamwork of Vasil Artamonov and Alexey Klyuykov has been developing since 2006.
Their works are often based on improvisational possibilities of creation in a specific place and with a specific space. The project Stolen potatoes is an attempt to deal with the exhibition, for them, in a less usual way. They will try to intensify and show the possibilities of artistic cooperation in a different light – to work with the process of cooperation itself. Either in a way of segmenting the procedure of the work creation and subsequent survey of the structure or a way of simple division of the exhibition space into two symmetrical parts and developing their mutual interactions.

- 00:00:41.829
- We had various ideas00:00:45.204
- 00:00:45.204
- about exhibiting some works00:00:48.741
- 00:00:48.741

- 00:01:02.123

- 00:01:09.224
- That's why we did this.00:01:12.514
- 00:01:12.514
- It's interesting that, in my opinion,00:01:17.352
- 00:01:17.352
- the curator's goal00:01:21.288
- 00:01:21.288
- of showing our different styles00:01:23.788
- 00:01:23.788

- 00:01:29.177
- Our works really match so well00:01:32.642
- 00:01:32.642

- 00:01:35.807
- It seems to me that Alex's thesis00:01:38.899
- 00:01:38.899
- is a little different00:01:42.261
- 00:01:42.261
- from what we do as a team,00:01:44.761
- 00:01:44.761
- it's more serious in a way.00:01:47.803
- 00:01:47.803
- And the same goes for my thesis:00:01:50.665
- 00:01:50.665
- the theme is more serious00:01:54.621
- 00:01:54.621
- than in my regular works, done in the team.00:01:57.621
- 00:01:57.621
- Another interesting fact00:02:05.343
- 00:02:05.343
- is that this work00:02:08.689
- 00:02:08.689
- has almost a historic value for me.00:02:11.189
- 00:02:11.189
- Of course, I would change many things now00:02:14.632
- 00:02:14.632
- if I could.00:02:17.964
- 00:02:17.964

- 00:02:25.212
- you can see here.00:02:28.820
- 00:02:28.820
- But I tried to suppress these tendencies,00:02:31.791
- 00:02:31.791
