A pair of authors mainly pursues figurative painting on a seemingly ambiguous background. In the Kostka gallery, they decided to mix their works together and create an atmosphere of a short musing over a dinner table. Jana Vojnárová works with a looser painting sweep and her figures have multiple character and emotional levels. Martin Herold meticulously constructs spaces his figures inhabit and thus creates an interesting and significant set for the viewer.

As they themselves mention, the basis for their concept of a dinner-themed installation stems, among other sources, from the films of the French director Claude Chabrol who often captures his characters dining and lets them solve their issues through meetings at a lunch or a supper. For the Kostka gallery they created a compact location connecting architecture with its home.
