Fragmentarium is a multi-disciplinary experiment oriented towards site specific performances and video art.

It gathers a group of artists with different backgrounds: visual arts, choreographers, performers etc. Their final performance took place in a palace Ştirbei, where minor interventions responding to the historic building itself arose. At the same time art video records of their half-year co-operation were shown. The group’s performances take usually place in less traditional localities such as forests, coasts, mountains or ruins created by people.

The event and the report are concluded by Paul Duncy’s performance interpreting it:“Remember when you were born? Things will never be the same. Never. But you might still remember that light. It was white and bright. If the night is tight, you could try and you might develope it right. Pray, worship mothers and fight for the white light. Always. Always.”
