The work of the artistic duo of Vasil Artamonov and Alexey Klyuykov, both of whom were born in the former Soviet Union and now reside in Prague, is characteristic for its irony which at times reaches a form of masochistic selfcriticism. Their exhibition in Ústí includes everyday banal objects such as heaters and potatoes in absurd installations. The show is accompanied by a text criticizing abstract art and modernism.
