Robbie Huang is a young contemporary artist from Pingtung City in Southern Taiwan. A member of the artistic group the Wonder Boys, a parody of Korean pop group Wonder Girls, Huang´s self-confidence in Art is directly a show piece itself.
The show opens with the Wonder Boys performing live at the private view. The rest of Huang’s solo show at VT Artsalon is concerned with the so called ‘handsome gangster style’ of the Pingtung City gang culture.
