The MMX gallery opened in January 2010, located on the purely commercial gallery street Linienstraße in the district of Mitte. In simple terms, it is a great location. The gallery is a complicated space, consisting of many different rooms.

Curator Rebecca Loyche has brought together a variety of media for the exhibition. In general, most of the artworks are not interrelated; the concept is rather about presenting various approaches. In many cases, such non-unity results in chaos.

In the case of the artists Michael Ebert, Julian Oliver, Karol Slowik and Rebecca Loyche, who were shown in a room together, logical connections developed among the individual artworks and the exhibits came to complement one another.
