The two young artists Diána Keller and Kim Corbisier make their first appearance at the Inda Gallery, provoking both a meeting and collision between their differing practices. The exhibition Versus documents the meeting of a traditional painter with a multi-media artist.

The title refers to the permanent struggle between tradition and innovation, but emphasises that the attitude of the two artists is not tantamount to the repudiation of tradition. On the contrary, the use constant updating of techniques and forms also mean their survival and continuous re-consideration.

Both artists studied at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, Keller (b. 1983, Budapest) graduating from the intermedia programme, and Corbisier (b. 1985, Belgium) is due to graduate in 2010 from the painting programme.
