Wake Up Hero!

Two authors prepared an installation of mutually inter-related video projections for the etc. gallery space. Their aim is to capture the paradox of a manipulative agreement. Videos refer to a visual and meaningful background of ordinary film production, sound gestures, gaze and text information. What’s marginal becomes central and the frustrated efforts are transformed into heroic acts. The difference between the role of the artist and that of the curator becomes blurred. It’s never certain what kind of value directs the transformation.
