The exhibition entitled Wax Tears Ceremony is the first joint exhibition of Jaroslav Kyša, a FUTU Košice graduate currently residing in London, and David Demjanovič, a student of the APK studio in VŠVU Bratislava. The show is at Enter Gallery in the same city.
Kyša presents objects and photographs based on the tension between natural objects and the functions they perform for man. His subject matter includes house plants and stuffed birds.
Demjanovič creates interventions into the gallery space itself using easily available materials, his ironic DIY spirit limiting the current interior design.
