Do objects have their own will? Can they answer our questions,actively mirror our thinking? The cooperative project of Matěj Smetana and Pavel Sterec originated from their discussions in Budapest spa districts. It investigates the possibilities of “reading” objects as well as the belief in their power and will, which is embodied in the anthropologic meaning of the word “fetish”.
