At the exhibition, Eškinja introduces a new style that differs from the pure, elegant and minimalist approach typical of his previous works. By rearticulating the stylistically out-dated form of decorative wallpaper, he enters the field of kitsch. But it is with this format as a metaphor that he can finally convey the story of the individual who, in his microcosmos, devoid of the great utopias and ideologies which characterized the 20th century, weaves his own identity by searching for reference points in the collage of forms and banal objects of the past.
