The exhibition Compact City will be an interactive response to questions in 359m3 space in the Gallery of Architecture in Brno. Five artists, four of them from the countries of Visegrád four and one from Austria, will create in a form of a continuous workshop thematic installations throughout the duration of the exhibition. For the realization, each artist has at his disposal the whole exhibition hall of the gallery for one week and students taking part in the workshop to assist him. The installation will be rounded off by a presentation of the exhibited artist’s work and his confrontation with an invited lecturer.
