Hospitable Collectivity

A curatorial situation is always a collective one in which different modes of hospitality are woven into. They thus include welcoming, inviting and caring gestures as much as also excluding, controlling and dominating ones. Taking Louise Lawler´s practice as a starting point the lecture will address the conditions and perspectives of this hospitable collectivity.
