For a long time, I did not know what to write abou this exhibition. It does not have a theme, nothing connects the exhibiting artists, their selection was purely subjective – I selfishly based my decision on the fact which paintings personally interested me. Then yesterday, one of the artists told me about a curator who reproached her for not providing any keys to her paintings. It was then that I realized „That’s exactly it!“ Although it was intended to be negative, I consider it to be positive. I don’t want to build any supporting constructions, I don’t want to lean on some rational crutches, I don’t want to arouse your conscience, I don’t want to agitate, lecture or alarm you. All I want is for us to peacefully open our eyes and watch carefully. Every one of us holds all the keys in our hands.
