Anna Daučíková

The exhibition of Anna Daučíková is an incomplete attempt to summarise the most important topics in the work of the first Czechoslovak feminist and queer female artist. The reversed emigration and stay in 1980s Russia, the determination by the unnormative sexuality to the position of “the other” and the desire in relation to visualisation of sensual experience, the connection between past and presence all intercross in the topic of the political body.
