After an invitation from the director of TNSJ theatre Nuno Carinhas, the artist Sara Maia made a series of large format drawings and paintings. For this exhibition Role Playing in São Bento Monastery in Porto she was inspired by a text written by Marguerite Yourcenar. The report also brings an interview with the artist on the background of her work made in her studio in the Lisbon’s quarter Olaias.
